Can you recreate my lost chart from a screenshot?
Sometimes we can give advice, but we cannot restore IndexedDB drafts from our servers because those drafts are not uploaded to us. If you still have a PNG or PDF, use it as a visual reference to redraw, or keep downloads as your backup going forward.
Can you write a full garment or amigurumi pattern for me?
No. The site provides chart tools and educational guides. Custom paid pattern commissions are outside free support.
Can you add my shop’s affiliate link or sponsored template?
Unsolicited affiliate placements are not accepted through support. Product partnership ideas may be noted, but emailing support does not guarantee a commercial reply.
How fast will I get a reply?
